How much is shipping?

Free shipping on all US orders. Orders are delivered in 5–13 business days (1–3 business days of handling plus 4–10 business days in transit).

How long does shipping take?

Order handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Generally, shipments are in transit for 4–10 days (Monday–Friday).

What is my tracking number?

This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter. Please reach out if you haven't received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?

Simply contact us at support@comfortify-live.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?

You must contact us within 12 hours.

We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover everything — just send us a photo. See our full Refund Policy.

What if an item is missing from my order?

Contact support@comfortify-live.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If the package appears tampered with, we encourage you to also submit a claim with the carrier.
